📄 Account Deletion Guidelines

We respect your privacy and provide full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below:


🔐 1. Access Your Account

Open the mobile app and log in using your registered email and password.

⚙️ 2. Navigate to Profile Details
  • Tap on your profile icon.
🗑️ 3. Choose “Delete Account”
  • Scroll down to find the “Delete Account” button.
  • Tap on it to proceed.
  • Delete Account
📢 4. Confirm Deletion

You will be asked to confirm your decision. Please read the message carefully:

  • All your data will be permanently deleted.
  • This action cannot be undone.
  • You may be logged out immediately.

Tap “Confirm” or “Yes, Delete My Account”.

📬 5. Email Request (Optional)

If you cannot find the delete option in the app, you can request deletion by email:

🕒 6. Deletion Timeline
  • In-app deletion is usually instant.
  • Email requests may take up to 7 days for processing.
🔁 7. Reactivation

Once deleted, the account cannot be restored. You must create a new account if you wish to return.

🛡️ 8. Data Retention Policy

We retain data only as long as required by law or business needs. Upon deletion:

  • Personal info is removed.
  • Backups will be purged as per our data lifecycle policy.
